We’re at the beginning stages of what many authorities believe is the next revolution in business. It all began with a series of studies on something called Emotional Quotient Intelligence (often referred to as EQ, in comparison to IQ).

- You’ll examine your own potential for success through several versions of the EQ Profile Instrument
- You’ll take an in depth look at several factors that influence your emotional beliefs, attitudes and behavior
- And you’ll learn to recognize the signs of high and low EQ in yourself and those you work with.
- Team Case Studies on Creative Conflict will boost your EQ in challenging situations at work and at home.
