* General Notes:

Track #1: If all five levels of Track #1 are completed, there is no necessity to take Track #2

Track #2: For experienced supervisors who have been in their position for some time and/or have taken other management courses.

Track #3: If all five levels of Track #3 are completed, there is no necessity to take Track #4

Track #4: For experienced managers who have been in their position for some time and/or have taken other management courses.

  • For optimum results, tracks should be completed within a six month time frame.
  • Levels within Training Tracks must be taken in order (i.e., Track #1, Level III can not be taken unless Levels I and II of this Track have been completed first).
  • However, each level can stand alone, and not all of the advanced levels within each track must be completed. (For Example, you may decide that Levels I, II and III of each track include the basic core competencies you are looking for, and therefore exclude the more advanced levels at this time.)
  • While Track #1 and Track #3 appear similar in content, the Role Plays and level of difficulty are very different.
